The Barn - Spring
from $1,895.00

The Barn offers three bedrooms upstairs, each holding 2 guests comfortably and configured with a combination of twin beds, built-in bunk beds, and one with an additional loft.  There is a full kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room with a wood burning stove upstairs with the bedrooms. The shared bath upstairs has a walk-in shower, and there are an additional three shared half-baths downstairs. The Barn has AC and heater units, as well as wifi.  Three beautiful outdoor patios surround the building.  It’s a short walk to the Toll House and the Bunk House, where guests can also enjoy the large backyard with the cedar hot tub, outdoor showers, deck with dining tables, and fire pit (in season).  

Think of The Barn as a well-appointed three bedroom apartment with shared baths. It’s perfect for singles, doubles, couples, or a group of friends. 


The Bunk House - Spring
$1,895.00

The Bunk House is a fully contained one bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people. The large bedroom has four built-in twin bunk beds (with steps leading to the two top bunks) and two additional twin beds. There is a full kitchen with a dining area, and a stylish octagonal living room with ample seating and propane burning wood stove. The Bunk House bathroom has a claw foot bath tub, a separate shower, and there is an additional half-bath easily accessed in the breezeway. There is AC and forced air heating, as well as wifi provided.  There is a private deck area off the living room and bedroom of the Bunk House. The Bunk House is connected by a large screened-in breezeway to the Toll House.  They share the large backyard featuring extensive landscaping, a deck with dining tables, a large cedar hot tub, and outdoor showers available for guest use.

The Bunk House is a wonderful option for a group of 4-6 friends who want to share a private space together.


The Toll House - Spring
from $2,195.00

The remodeled 1912 Victorian Toll House has four bedrooms, each with a queen or king size bed, an additional twin bed, and an en suite or dedicated bath. There is a well-appointed kitchen, formal dining room, and cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace.  The main house has central heating, while the bedrooms have AC units. Wifi is available.  The Toll House is connected by a large screened-in breezeway to the Bunk House.  The Toll House and Bunk House share the large backyard featuring extensive landscaping, a deck with dining tables, a large cedar hot tub, and outdoor showers available for guest use.

This is a great option for singles, doubles, couples, or friends who prefer a private bath and don’t mind sharing the queen/king beds, the king/twin, or queen/twin sleeping arrangements.
