Glamping Tent - Winter
from $1,495.00

The fully furnished canvas bell-style tents are set around the knoll of the property. Each tent has an awning-covered porch, electricity, and two heated twin beds that can also be converted to a king size bed. There is a shared bath house and outdoor camp kitchen on top of the knoll, a short walk from each tent. There is electricity and wifi in the whole area.  The tents are a 10 minute walk to the Barn, Toll House, and Bunkhouse where where guests can also enjoy the grounds with the outdoor showers, cedar hot tub, and fire pit (in season).

Cabin Tent - Winter

The fully furnished cabin tents offer two twin beds that cal also be converted to a king sized bed with electricity and glorious views of the valley. Tucked in the shade of old growth oaks and madrones, the tents are a short uphill walk within close proximity to the bath-house and the nearby outdoor kitchen. There is electricity and wifi in the whole area.The cabin tents are a 10 minute walk to the Barn, Toll House, and Bunkhouse where guests can also enjoy the grounds with the outdoor showers, cedar hot tub, and fire pit (in season).

Barn (Women's Lodging) - Winter

The Barn offers three bedrooms upstairs, each holding 2-3 guests and configured with a combination of twin beds, built-in bunk beds, and one with an additional loft.  There is a full kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room with a wood burning stove. The shared bath upstairs has a walk-in shower, with three shared half-baths downstairs. The barn has AC and heater units, as well as wifi.  Three beautiful outdoor patios surround the barn.  It’s a short walk to the Toll House and Bunkhouse, where guests can also enjoy the backyard with the outdoor showers, cedar hot tub, and fire pit (in season).

Bunkhouse (Men's Lodging) - Winter

The Bunk House is a fully contained one bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people. The large bedroom has four built-in twin bunk beds (with steps leading to the two top bunks) and two additional twin beds. There is a full kitchen with a dining area, and a stylish octagonal living room with ample seating and propane burning wood stove. The Bunk House bathroom has a claw foot bath tub and separate shower, and there is an additional half-bath easily accessed in the breezeway. There is AC and forced air heating, as well as wifi provided.  There is a private deck area off the living room and bedroom of the Bunk House, and it also shares the large backyard, fire pit, two outdoor showers, and cedar hot tub with the Toll House.

Tollhouse - Winter

The remodeled 1912 Victorian Toll House has four bedrooms, each with a queen or king size bed and twin bed and an en suite or dedicated bath. There is a well-appointed kitchen, formal dining room, and cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace.  There is central heating,and the bedrooms have AC units. Wifi is provided and the large back yard features extensive landscaping and a large cedar hot tub. The Toll House is connected by a large screened-in breezeway to the Bunk House.  The Bunk House and Toll House share the majority of the back yard and hot tub area, where there is also a fire pit and two outdoor showers available for guest use.
